With the
Aldelo for Restaurant Software orders can either be sent to
kitchen printers or to
kitchen displays. The kitchen printers will print in either two
color or reverse text depending on whether you use a dot matrix or thermal
receipt printer. This allows for the order modifiers or order changes to be
highlighted
in either red or reverse text.
Up
to 6 kitchen printers or 16 kitchen displays can be addressed through Aldelo.
The specific printer or display is selected in the menu item properties.
