Star's SP216
is the two color printing & tear bar version of the SP200 series of low cost dot matrix receipt printers. The Star SP200 series is an older model but still works well. The SP200 series was replaced by the SP500 series, but is still available because the 500 is not a drop in replacement.
The SP200 series is recommended for older systems that specify 200 series printers. The SP200 also comes with Star's 3 year warranty and comes in off-white color.
The SP216 can print in two colors (black & red). If you require an auto cutter the SP246 is the model for you.
