Star Micronics kitchen printing package for Aldelo for Restaurants. We adapted Star's new SP742 to work flawlessly with these software applications. The printer is mounted vertically to ensure internal electronics are clear of pooling kitchen grease.

Due to heat's effect on thermal paper, we recommend dot matrix printers in kitchen environments.
